About me
Highly Experienced Careers Professional
I have worked extensively as a Careers Adviser with a wide range of clients including school/sixth form pupils (aged 11-18), FE and HE students, long term unemployed adults and adults looking to change job role or career.
My experience in the recruitment industry has developed my expertise in creating professional CVs and preparing clients for interviews and assessment centres. In addition, as a former teacher I am able to write and deliver classroom career lessons, group workshops and large scale assemblies/presentations as required.
Above all, I love my work and take genuine pleasure in researching, networking and staying abreast of the latest developments in education and the labour market and, crucially, helping clients to take the next step on their career journey.

My daughter had started her personal statement for her Uni application, but as she was unsure of what course to study she was stuck and couldn't seem to find a way to move forward. As she wasn't getting the support she needed from school we contacted Victoria.
We sent over the work my daughter had done for Victoria to review, Victoria then made an appointment to see her for a face to face chat. They discussed the A levels she is studying and her likes and dislikes, they also discussed possible University courses that she may like and the career choices they would lead to.
